This year marks 47 years of Process Control design across many industries
including 35 years implementing PRoVOX and 27 years implementing DeltaV Systems.
This year marks the completion of my 100th Process Control project involving PRoVOX or DeltaV.
During these years, I have implemented Phases, SFCs, EMs, and Control Modules for many
customer continuous process applications such as: Solvay, Toray, SI Group, and IP to name a few.
and for Batch systems I have implemented Procedures, Unit Procedures, Operations, Phases, SFCs, EMs, CMs, and Recipes for many
customers such as: Pfizer, Genentech, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Amgen, and Baxter to name a few.
I also have worked on teams to resolve coding problems for BioGEN and testing code on new projects for Merck.
In addition, I have written many Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and
Detail Design Specifications (DDS) as well as Validation documents.
